At Chehalem Dental we make two different appliances for your mouth. One is called a “night guard” but you are free to wear it during the day. We have several patients who do!

A night guard is a device that has many benefits including taking the force of your grinding, maintaining a space if you are missing a tooth, relieving TMJ issues, prevent future fractures, and acts as a retainer for your teeth.

We can also make a “snore guard” that helps to open your air way while sleeping which can help or completely eliminate snoring and in many cases greatly diminish or eliminate sleep apnea.
